@supernovi @stowgood I also feel seeing partly complete work has it's pros. As a manager, I can provide feedback, (good & bad) early before time and budget has been invested. I can inspire and motivate to carry on if its looking awesome! If its way off the mark, I can encourage to try it differently.

@supernovi @stowgood I am definitely still using online tutorials, and have taken to sharing images of our work through slack. However, in an office of 10 designers, I used to just ask "does anyone know how to X" and I almost always got an answer quickly. It's so much slower searching the web

@stowgood WFH hinders those who are perhaps early into their careers I feel (probably likely to be in a house share or small flat) I learnt a huge amount from other people during my internship and first 2 years as a graduate. I think it would be a real shame to lose that way of learning.
