I'm looking for ideas to do some stand alone maths with year 5s I visit in a 1 hour lesson
I have done probability - sum of rolling two die and applied it to games
Also scale drawings including measuring their own heights to compare to a giant

@MrMattock @K0410Ar @MrTs_NQTs @mrallanmaths @mathsjem I second this - I wouldn't imagine that you would get to 3D.
Better to show that you can do AFL and act on that information.
If they can do 2d confidently, have a w/s shapes where the diagonal triangle is shaded to make it easier for students to picture. Otherwise, stick to 2D

@benniekara Try the drinks in a tesco before bulk buying. I've only tried the drinks and for me, it doesn't have the marcos I'm looking for for how filling it is and I end up eating lots more.
I have been considering trying the hot meals as they look so convenient for the days I get late.
