@richjfoster My top tip would be don't overthink the biomechanics when hurtling down the slope uncontrollably 😂🎿. Its all about centre of mass, stay low, your quads will burn...alot!

1st PhD paper! The study identifies and describes joint-specific gait mechanisms in AKU patients. Gait deviations were seen in patients at 16yrs, much younger than expected and the knee joint was identified as a key focus for future interventions.@mrobbo18 https://t.co/oIrWaoQJL9
