@HMRCcustomers Yes. The tax code at end of 22/23 starts with K and states there was underpaid tax. My understanding was that the adjustment was to ensure this was paid by April 23. On the tax return, do I need to enter the amount that was added to the underpaid tax page1. And then 0 to page2?

@HMRCcustomers Yes. I can see on the online portal that there was an adjustment to my tax code at the end of 22/23 to adjust for underpayment, but my understanding is this was all collected. My tax code for this year does not include any adjusment. How do I complete the underpaid tax section?

Ordered a sink from @LussoStone on 9 May. A week later (after taking the money) they told me it wouldn’t be ready until 25 June. Yesterday, having heard nothing from them,I emailed only to be told it won’t be in stock until 8 July. No apology, no explanation! So disappointed!!

Even worse than @Footasylum were @YodelOnline who lost the parcel in the first place. They were near impossible to get hold of and when I finally did they are rude and and refused to take any responsibility.

Terrible customer service from @Footasylum. I ordered a pair of trainers and they were due to be delivered 2 weeks ago. They have gone missing and despite numerous chases no-one can tell me where they are. I've been charged for them but now no-one is even answering my emails

45 mins and counting on the phone to @VodafoneUK. After 3 months of back and forth by phone and email I've still be charged for services I'm not receiving. Even cancelling is proving impossible. They should be ashamed with this service - I DO NOT RECOMMEND choosing them!

Absolutely shocking service from @VodafoneUK. After 10 calls to customer services they still can’t arrange simple delivery of a router. But apparently they have managed charge me. Awful! #vodafone
