It's unfortunate that @Microsoft is unable to fix my 15 month old Surface Pro because I'm in Canada. My only option is to pay them $$ for a REFURBISHED one. Plus the person who was to call back yesterday still hasn't. However, I now have a sleek looking paperweight. #microsoft
