What a wonderful time I had storytelling in Battersea Park as part of a weekend celebrating the Creative Arts. It was the perfect spot, in the shade of an ancient tree, telling tales.

Back to school and it's been brilliant. In reception @MertonAbbeySch I told stories of witches, broomsticks & spells. The children loved it. We retold the story flying on broomsticks & casting spells, not literally!
Our inspiration was Room on the Broom #storytelling #oracy
