@threeuk Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now youβve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. I will NOT be paying. Sort it out.

Who is responsible for organising her vaccine or when can she expect to get it & help protect her and her family and of course, keep her clients safe.
