@EnigmaticLone @Zipcar I called at 9am and 1pm today. Selected the option for a call back both times. Still no call. And I’ve seen other tweets from people who’ve been trying to reach them for two days. My DMs have gone unanswered since they asked for my info on Monday.

@Zipcar What’s your deal? No email responses. No promised calls back from waiting on hold. Dropped calls while waiting on hold. No replies to twitter DMs. No replies to public tweets. Hire some unemployed Americans and provide your customers with service.

1. Yesterday the first car we had reserved was dangerously undrivable.
2. By the time we finally got someone on the phone and secured a new car, 1.5 hours later, that car was full of sand and trash. But drove great, so we went with it.
