Just saw that Google has open-sourced its Cloud API client libraries for Rust 🦀

A huge step forward for Rust adoption in the cloud ecosystem. We’re already seeing growing uptake of GCP, since the new Saudi Arabia (KSA) data centre.

Dubai has more traffic in certain areas, especially during peak hours, while Abu Dhabi tends to offer more predictable travel times. That said, commuting between the two is very doable — and increasingly common.

Abu Dhabi is often more affordable for housing, particularly in larger or quieter areas. Dubai, on the other hand, offers more choice across different price points, but premium areas can carry a higher cost.
