My little sister passed away a few years ago, and my Snapchat Memories hold some of the only videos and photos I have left with her. My account was locked, and I’ve been unable to get those memories back.

I’m not asking for my account back. I’m asking for a chance to recover the memories of someone I can never make new memories with again.

Those videos aren’t just pictures on an app. They’re pieces of my little sister that I’m terrified of losing forever.

Please, if anyone from Snapchat sees this, I’m begging you to help me. And if you see this post, please repost it so it reaches someone who can. 💔

@Snapchat I haven’t done anything to warrant this, I post about my life and talk to a couple friends. Can I please speak with an actual person and have a real person review my account, I was trying to become a member of the creator program as well. Please help.

@Snapchat I was mistakenly banned & my appeal was denied I literally havent done anything, I can’t even get my memories back because downloading my data won’t give me the option. I have so many memories with my sister (now dead) that I’m losing because of this & nobody on your team help

@snapchatsupport No I already have and it’s just to talk to a bot that tells me that can’t help besides sending links that lead me in circles. I want to talk to a human being. I want a human being to manually review my account. Literally haven’t done anything wrong give a girl her acc back 🎀

@snapchatsupport My account was locked and then appeal was denied. I literally post my lattes & cats on my snap story and message like three people continuously, how am I breaking any guidelines? There’s literal drug dealers & predators on your platform but you draw the line at a girl posting
