@WayfairUK 1. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service I have received.
Took my money 28th April, received order 22nd June which arrived damaged.
Customer care agent said a replacement will be sent out. Have had to chase numerous times since then to finally be told today
3. Have been told to return for a full refund but I was told by the original customer care agent that I would not need to return the damaged item so I threw away all of the original packaging which will no doubt mean youโll tell me I cannot return the damaged item.
2. that no replacement is being sent. Have been offered a 15% discount to keep the product. You had my money months ago and I had to chase and chase to find out you werenโt replacing like I was promised originally. 15% discount is an insult.
