@HabitatUK I have purchased a picture frame on the 18/4/20 Ontario. 50x70cm it was delivered and left outside by my front door tuesj. It’s clear when we picked it up the glass had shattered inside and there is a large footprint on the outside of the box! Please advise??? Zoe
