@nxcare Hi, my 11am coach from Bristol to Birmingham hit delays due to M5 being closed, and driver has now hit his max hours so we're stopping at services for 30 minutes.
This means I'll definitely miss my 2pm connection to Liverpool. Will I be transferred... 1/2

They also won't be able to access Edge Lane Drive for a few hours.
