After contacting @amazonIN @amazon yesterday they told me to wait 24 hr . This is they are telling me today another 24 hr to investigate. wtf is wrong with this people? Is this called customer care ? My money they took and didn't deliver product in 15th and today is 20 no help!

Thanks to @amazonIN for wasting my 5 days tracking this order day and night for my pending works and didn't gave me 1 rs compensation. I was a customer for 15 years. I am done with your fake promises and lies. Extremely disappointed.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN @amazon Thanks to stupid amazon agent my order is cancelled . Complete waste of almost a month. No compensation.and idiot put payment to credit it another 5 days . I wanted my money in Amazon balance. Also no compensation for wasting whole 5 days and 1 month of my time ordering this .

@AmazonHelp @AmazonIN This is becoming unacceptable. Yesterday, your customer service representative assured me that my order was rescheduled for delivery today and asked me to wait until 10:30 PM. I waited, but the promised delivery did not happen.

@AmazonHelp Lies only .I can't reply to any of those mails. Your agent claims I can contact them in mail and the person is specially assigned to this issue. Again lies . It's a bot reply. I can't send a mail tomorrow if I don't get my product.
