1/2 @virginmedia Absolutely appalled by the service, been let down time and time again, internet was first booked to be installed 3/01 then 18/02 then 10/03 which was promised to go ahead as all outside work was completed then to be told two days prior it was delayed until 31/03

2/2 as outside work has not been completed! This means we have been without internet for over three months! When trying to run businesses from home this makes life very difficult. When calling no one can seem to help but only pass blame and give no answers.
