This week I was able to participate in the 21st annual Levittown Public Schools LEADD Walk which started at the Levittown Memorial Education Center. LEADD stands for Levittown Education Against Destructive Decisions. Thank you to all who participated in this important event.

The Viscardi Center recently held their 1st ever free dental screening. In conjunction w/ the NC Dental Society, the event provided screening & education for the disability community. I am pictured w/ dental practitioners, John Kemp, & a few of the children who were screened.
I was joined by my Senate colleagues at the Island Harvest facility in Uniondale. We were able to secure funds that helped purchase new cars for the org. Randi Shubin Dresner showed us around the facility & spoke to us about the important work they do all across Long Island.
