School starts tomorrow. Expect traffic delays & plan your commute. Traffic must stop in both directions, this includes 4 lane roadways (portions of RT 53), when a school bus has its red lights flashing and STOP Sign extended ($250). Watch your speeds and watch for pedestrians.
