The lowest hanging fruit should always be the first attack as an athlete.
Iโve worked with hundreds of athletes over the last 4 years. Iโve trained regular JV athletes and world class professionals in their sport and I can confidently the main focus *increasing strength and power* has increased in game performance for all calibers.
PLEASE DO NOT fall into the trap that โmobilityโ training is your lowest hanging fruit. Lifting in full end ranges will not only improve your mobility, but you will build strength in the ranges you are trying to improve.
Going through the motions of a mobility routine is important and has value, but if you think itโs going to vastly increase your performance, especially for those that are underpowered and undersized, you are being fooled.
Thank you @PWRLabTX for the best off season of my life Iโve seen the most improvement I ever have in an off season before and Iโm definitely counting down the days till winter break so I can train here again, only the best people train here and that is a fact. The friendships and the mentorship here is unmatched. Much love to the lab, see yall soon! Go be great at NBC.
Incredible display of power.
