@startofsvmmer @AJLond1n It’s really not too different from when directors like Kubrick and Cameron would simultaneously shoot for scope and 4:3 VHS/laserdisc. Those open matte scans of Spider-Man and Jurassic Park are basically IMAX at home.

@Srirachachau I try to use my A-List as much as I can to save money but for opening weekend it’s definitely easier going to Regal LA Live or TCL Chinese for IMAX 70mm. There’s also plenty of 5 perf 70mm around the city.

@manicmanic_ @bornposting Funniest thing about this was all the movies had a uniform disc art style but the Skyfall blu-ray had its own design, but eventually they reissued the Skyfall disc to have matching art you just needed to buy the new box set.

@BootsRiley I got to see this a year ago at a preview screening and it really is the same movie. Only difference was unfinished VFX, some temp music and the “after credits” scene was in its original place.
