@IceBillionServe Imo, do duolingo or smth enough to get super basic vocab/grammar, then listen/read to something familiar like news reports on stuff you already know about so you get the gist and can pick out a word or so per sentence to work out the meanings. It's not much but its a start

@IceBillionServe If you can find/get one of the ear spray bottles that should help. Mine always makes me feel vaguely nauseated for a hot minute but if you've got earwax in places it shouldnt be it's the best option to deal with it quickly imo
