County Councillor for Didcot South. Proud to be the first elected for Reform UK in Oxfordshire, and confident I won’t be the last. Oxfordshire needs Reform.
I was at the Palace of Westminster today for the official launch of the Association of Reform Councillors!
It was a real boost to see the boss and other national leaders again, as well as connect with fellow councillors from across the country – including Cllr Tony Harrison (Rotherham), Cllr Dawn Husemann (Shropshire), Cllr Annie May O’Neill (Essex), Cllr Leon Graham (Lancashire), Cllr Michelle Beer (Wales), and many more!
After the challenges I faced here in Oxfordshire recently, it was a real boost to be among so many people from all walks of life, united in the fight to save our country – passionate about their communities and determined to preserve and restore what made Britain great.
The message from the top was clear: Reform councillors must hold ourselves to the very highest standards. We will be scrutinised like no other, so we must stay focused, disciplined, and true to our purpose – serving the people who elected us, and taking nothing for granted.
Victory no longer feels like a distant hope – it is now within reach. But the stakes are too high, and the responsibility too great, to let it slip. Let's do it Reform Family!

I am in beautiful Childrey to support our awesome candidate, Henry De Kretser, on polling day for the Ridgeway by-election!
Really cool to bump into some volunteers knocking on doors to remind residents to vote. I am pictured with one of them (Steve) here!
Vote Reform, Get Reform!
It’s polling day in the Ridgeway District Council By-Election!
I’ve written a lot recently about why local elections matter — because the decisions your councillors make directly affect your daily life. From choosing between covering our countryside with solar panels or supporting British farmers, to deciding whether to impose more restrictions on motorists or finally tackle our backlog of potholes, to either celebrating “counties of sanctuary” or standing up to close HMOs and migrant hotels in our communities — these are local choices made by local representatives.
Every election matters. Every vote counts. Vote Reform at every opportunity!
If you live in the Ridgeway Ward, make sure you cast your vote today.
The Deputy Leader of the Green Party is @rachelmillward, & is also Co-Leader of Wealden District Council in Sussex.
There are plans to dump 600 migrants in Crowborough in an ex-army camp. A "refugees welcome" type she has written to the Home Office in opposition.
Hypocrite.
Hundreds of people released "by mistake" a year, on top of just releasing people early because prisons are too full.
Our criminal justice system has become a national embarrassment.
Crime is a lifestyle choice.
What about the victims of crime? Where do they come in all this?
📽️ “None of these are convicted sex offenders”
David Lammy confirms 3 mistakenly released prisoners are still at large - yet more proof of a failing justice system that can’t even keep dangerous criminals behind bars
Public safety must come first
In what reality is this sustainable, laudable or financially achievable? Look at the rise from 2021 to 2025. Have we really found an additional three million people that cannot work at all?
Speaking of potholes and Oxfordshire County Council's 103 year waiting list...
Fixing potholes isn’t a financial or technological impossibility — it’s political will!
I met @CharlotteHillV at the Reform Leaders Conference a few weeks ago and was blown away by the progress since Reform took Derbyshire. They’re not just patching holes or resurfacing roads — they’re clearing drains, cleaning signs, and tackling other maintenance work whenever roads are closed.
Common sense, smart planning, and joined-up thinking in action. Imagine that!

Absolute joke.
Oxfordshire County Council’s Lib Dem-led administration will say “there’s no money” to fix our roads.
Nonsense. They choose not to.
This is the same council whose transport plan openly aims to cut car use by 25% by 2030 and 50% by 2040. So instead of resurfacing roads, they pour millions into anti-car “experiments” and vanity projects.
Now residents are told their potholes won’t be fixed for 103 years.
This isn’t about money — it’s about priorities. And drivers are being punished for ideology.
Today, I was joined by hundreds of small business owners who are tired of being neglected by Labour and the Conservatives.
Reform UK will champion small businesses.
It was a real privilege to take part in the Didcot Remembrance Day Parade and Service today.
With Vauxhall Barracks at the heart of our community, and Army, Air and Sea Cadet squadrons active in Didcot, our town takes immense pride in its connection with the Armed Forces.
The service was a deeply poignant reminder of the sacrifices made by previous generations to secure the peace and freedoms we enjoy today.
Despite the rain, the turnout was fantastic. It was especially wonderful to see so many young people, veterans, and serving personnel taking part and paying their respects together.
Let us never forget, but instead cherish and safeguard, all that those heroes fought and died to preserve. 🌺
Brilliant day out in Ridgeway Ward under the sunshine!
After that photo we split up into teams, Sarah and I got around almost every door in lovely Kingston Lisle.
Lots of great chats on the doorstep! But remember, if you want change, you’ve got to vote for it!
Every election counts, every vote matters!

Today marks my first Remembrance Sunday as an elected County Councillor.
This afternoon, I will be attending the Didcot Remembrance Day Parade and laying a wreath on behalf of Oxfordshire County Council.
We must never forget those who gave their tomorrow so that we may have our today.
#RemembranceDay
Absolutely scandalous.
Illegal immigrants are running phoney mini-marts selling smuggled cigarettes and even vapes to children.
Our high streets are being used for organised crime, and the government is looking the other way.
It’s time these sham businesses were shut down and these criminals deported.
The Oxford Bus Company has announced a 10% usage increase at park and ride since the congestion charge launched.
An optimistic interpretation of a 10% usage increase would equate to (at most) an extra 299 vehicles on a typical weekday, across 5 park and ride sites.
Meanwhile...
Fantastic to meet so many dedicated Reform leaders and councillors there!
It’s inspiring to see the real progress being made in councils where Reform is setting the agenda. I look forward to hearing more about their achievements in the months and years ahead, and of course, I’m taking plenty of notes for Oxfordshire!
Massive respect to @EllieAnnRe71927 for having the courage to speak truth to power and demand real transparency from the government.
Keir Starmer admits British girls were “let down catastrophically” by the very institutions meant to protect them.
Yet more than a decade after some of the worst cases came to light, not one single person in a position of power — in councils, Parliament, or the police — has been sacked or convicted for their failures. That’s disgraceful. Not good enough.
And no, Deputy PM @LucyMPowell, this is not a “dog whistle issue.” I’ll never forget you said that. It was shameful then, and it still is now.
The Prime Minister thanked me for supporting his grooming gang inquiry. He didn’t thank me for telling the truth.
The truth is he lied. His minister lied. And now they want survivors to return to a process built on lies. My letter to him is here.
Here is my reply to his letter.
I was in Wantage Market Place this morning for Reform UK 2025 Action Day, and spent the afternoon out in East Challow and Childrey supporting Henry De Kretser in the upcoming Ridgeway by-election (Vale of White Horse District Council).
It was fantastic to meet so many great people, discuss the real issues that matter, and enjoy visiting the beautiful villages of Ridgeway ward once again.
We’re working hard to tackle the challenges facing our region and our country head on, so please, get involved and support us however you can!
