I've hurt or offended quite a lot of people without meaning to.

Most of it was when I was younger, and struggled with self filtering, tact and excitability.

So I eventually stopped talking much out of fear of hurting others.

I've a lot more experience but I'm still anxious.

They really said, "I'm not invalidating your grief," and then invalidated my grief by saying I need to keep it to myself.

Just asking out of curiosity - do people REALLY think that they won't be called out for this sort of stuff?? 🤔
