well it’s a little less than a year since my last tweet (tl;dr still writing dissertation, got unceremoniously dumped, read far too much ricoeur and proust to cope) but i finally beat tears of the kingdom and i wanna talk about it ✨🧵

but i did still really like tears of the kingdom in spite of my gripes—it’s a beautifully made game, and it does offer something to the universe of breath of the wild that i’m grateful for, though not in a straightforward way
