به نام خدا

از اول اعتراضات و نزدیک به دو ماه است فکر می‌کنم و رصد می‌کنم تا نکته‌ای را در آنسوی مرزها بیابم که جذبم کند و حرف حق باشد اما به وجدانم قسم که هرچه گشتم ناامیدتر شدم، پس سکوت کردم!
و در این سکوت دیدم حق با بعضی از شماست: من «وسطم»
«وسط» مثل عابری که دی ماه در خیابان به گران شدن گوشت فکر می‌کرد و از پشت تیر به سرش خورده بود
وسط مثل پیرزنی روستایی که نه تلویزیون دارد و نه گوشی موبایل؛ فقط آلزایمر دارد و پسری که بیکار شده و چند ماه است قرص‌هایش را به موقع نمی‌رساند…
و این «وسط»خیلی جای بزرگی است و خی��ی‌ها در آن جا می‌شوند
اصلا جریانی که این «وسط» را ندارد ��می‌تواند انقلابی را رقم بزند یا حکومتش را حفظ کند!

در این دو ماه قلبم سوخت برای کشته‌شدگان…
اما دست خودم نبود!
من به عنوان کسی در وسط، قلبم برای پلیس و معترض و عابر با هم می‌سوخت و برای هر هموطنی که ناچار به خیابان آمده بود و دیگر به خانه برنگشت…

در خانه‌ی من نه صدا وسیما یک‌ریز جمهوری اسلامی را تبیین می‌کند نه اینترنشنال و منو تو مجال حضور دارند
در خانه من اما هنوز چراغ منطق روشن است و ذهن جستجوگرم آزاد است به هر مباحثه‌ای وارد شود و هر حرف حقی، مهر تایید دریافت کند و مهم نباشد که این حرف از دهان چه کسی خارج شده است.
در این دو ماه خیلی فکر کردم و کسانی را د��دم که حتی یک دقیقه فرصت آزادانه و در خلوت فکر کردن را نداشته‌اند و هرچه از رسانه به خوردشان داده بودند را پشت هم تکرار می‌کردند ؛ آنچنان م��خ و مسحور که از کینه‌ی حاکمیت حاضرند شب را روز بنامند و روز را شب…
و ایران امروز ما چقدر در فضای رسانه باخته است.
به این فکر کردم که اگر برای هر کشوری حتی سوییس هم ده‌ها شبکه اپوزیسیون به زبان خودشان سال‌ها و شبانه روز محتوا تولید می‌کردند که “سوییس کشور خوبی نیست” اکنون درصدی از همین کسانی که در رفاه مطلق هستند نیز به دنبال براندازی بودند…
آری همین رسانه کاری با کشور  ِسامورایی‌های متعصب کرد که در خیابان‌ها به سربازان آمریکایی لبخند گرم بزنند بی‌آنکه یادشان بیاید در هیروشیما و ناکازاکی چه بلایی به سرشان آورده‌اند…
به هر حال هر چه فکر کردم دیدم نمی‌تو��نم از بیگانه بخواهم به کشورم حمله کند!
دیدم نمی‌توانم کنار سلبریتی‌هایی باشم که به اعتقادات لااقل نیمی از مردم کشورم ناسزا می‌گویند و تهدید به قرآن‌سوزی می‌کنند و بدون اینکه خنده‌شان بگیرد، بشارت آزادی می‌دهند!
دیدم حتی نمی‌توانم از اهالی جزیره‌ی اپستین بخواهم به جان کودکان و دختران بی‌گناه وطنم کاری نداشته باشند!!
تا اینکه جنگ شروع شد و کمک‌ها رسیدند،همچنان که قبل از ما کمک‌ها به ویتنام و افغانستان و عراق و لیبی و… رسیده‌ بودند

دیدم جنگ است و فقط می‌توانم بخوانم!
که اگر در زمان پهلوی و قاجار هم بودم و بیگانه‌ای به کشورم یورش می‌برد همین کار را می‌کردم…
برای دلگرمی مردم و کسانی که از مردمم دفاع می‌کنند خواندم… 
«حسبی الله» گفتگوی من با مولایم علی (ع) است 
و براستی خدا برای ما بس است…   
 اکنون به عنوان کسی در وسط، حاضرم ۴۷ سال دیگر به جمهوری اسلامی فرصت بدهم نقایص خود را برطرف کند تا اینکه با عده‌ای همصدا شوم و پوریم دیگری را در تقویم اسراییل رقم بزنم که در فردای به اصطلاح آزادی با چکمه روی سنگ قبر هموطنانم سرود شادی بخوانند!
و آن عده!
آن عده خیلی دیر می‌فهمند که در جهان هیچ کشوری جز به منافع خودش فکر نمی‌کند و علاج واقعی در وطن‌هاست!
این را هم به آن عده‌ای که سمت درست تاریخ را به من گوشزد می‌کنند می‌گویم:
اصلا سمت درست تاریخ و هرچه می‌بافید ارزانی خودتان… 
من ترجیحم این است که 
در همین وسط بایستم و بمیرم
وسط مدرسه میناب
وسط خانه‌هایی که سفره‌‌هایشان کوچک شد
وسط صدای اذان در حیاط مسجدی فرو ریخته…
وسط خیابان‌های شهرم…

Instagram has “permanently disabled” the account of Tehran-based independent essayist and documentary photographer Kaveh Rostamkhani, days after he spoke to Drop Site News about the protests, riots, and violence he witnessed in Tehran, and just one day after he published an op-ed with Al Jazeera on disputed death tolls tied to Iran’s January unrest.

In his op-ed for Al Jazeera on January 31, Rostamkhani warned that unverified casualty figures were being used to “manufacture global consent for an attack on Iran” while helping to “downplay the official death toll of the genocide in Gaza.” He described the rush to circulate extreme figures as a “Death Toll Olympics.”

Following the op-ed, Rostamkhani was publicly attacked online by prominent commentators aligned with regime-change advocacy. Bozorgmehr Sharafedin, head of digital at Iran International, a widely watched pro-Israel, pro-monarchist Farsi-language diaspora news outlet, wrote that Rostamkhani “casts doubt on ALL REPORTS” documenting deaths in Iran and accused him of dismissing reporting by major outlets, mischaracterizing his arguments. In the Al Jazeera essay, Rostamkhani wrote instead that “it is undeniable that thousands have been killed in Iran,” while emphasizing the need for rigorous verification of casualty figures.

Rostamkhani told Drop Site News that “there have been numerous fake accounts/bots attacking me ad hominem,” adding that “beside numerous threats of sexualized violence by anonymous accounts, there has also been a threat to defile my late mother’s grave.” He said Sharafedin’s post and separate Instagram posts tagging him “unleashed an orchestrated digital attack.”

The same day, Instagram notified Rostamkhani that his account had been suspended for allegedly violating community standards. He filed an appeal, and on February 1, Instagram informed him the appeal had been rejected and that his account was “permanently disabled.” The notice did not cite any specific post or identify the alleged violation. Drop Site has reached out to Meta for comment.

Operating off our shores, the US military is now attempting to dictate how our Powerful Armed Forces should conduct target practice in their own turf.

This is the level of absurdity the world is now facing, and which European governments have actively decided to embrace.
