The beginning of Sept is a great time to start again, draw a line or just set some new goals. Don't be happy tomorrow, next month or next year, be happy now.

Many people live their lives treating their happiness like a decision. They say “I will be happy when….. treating happiness like arriving at a pre-decided destination after a long drive. But life isn’t like that.
Don’t treat life like a destination
Many people live their lives like a destination. We meet people all the time who say, “I would love to do a driving tour, I will do it when.”
We think the best time to tick that activity off your bucket list is now – life really is too short!
Many say "I'll be happy when....." but it doesn't have to be like that.
Being happy is about how you feel right now and if that's not feeling happy, then give your energy to what would make you feel happy now. Can you do something little, to make that unhappy feeling happy?
Sometimes we hold onto thoughts and feelings that really do not do us any good at all, and can make us sad.
You hold the power to be able to choose how things make you feel - you can let go and it will be OK. You cannot change the past unfortunately, but we can look forward x
