今天绕操场走了3圈跑了7圈，感觉还不错，希望能坚持下去，靡不有初，鲜克有终，冲！
比较不好的是今天晚饭打了一碗粥，两个小��煎和一块鸡蛋薄饼，本来以为吃得下，最后还是剩了半碗粥和2/3的饼，明天让阿姨给我打半碗粥吧，浪费粮食不太好。

今天做了50个仰卧起坐，明天继续冲冲冲！从高一开始就一直保持120斤到现在，除了中间住院的时候掉到了110斤，明天吃完晚饭去操场慢跑几圈，��想减肥了bro们🥺
