@lufthansa Hello Uzmi. The ticket number is 2202470362003 - return flights in June from Munich to London. The flights were not used in the end, so we applied for a tax refund, but that hasn't happened yet.

@PrometricGlobal Feel free! However, my point is quite clear and doesn't really require a DM. My exam on 6/7th June in London has been cancelled for the 3rd time 'due to Covid'. The UK no longer has any Covid restrictions. So what is the real reason for the exam cancellation?
