these illegal and inhumane actions are still being carried out, which amounts to contempt of court and a serious violation of the law.
Islam clearly recognizes the rights of animals and strictly forbids cruelty toward them. 3/4

and the Chief Minister of Punjab, Ms. Maryam Nawaz Sharif, to immediately stop this cruelty.
