@SwiggyCares Usually delivery executives dont come till floor after 12. Its not allowed. They wait at main gate. It was 11:48. He could have waited 2 mins and can call me downstairs. But he came all the way and gave me my order with a smile. I was impressed.

@Swiggy i want to make a suggestion. There is option of tipping the delivery executive, but the problem is I cannot tip them after I receive my order. The person came and delivered to my floor even if it was late. I want to tip him but can’t after order is delivered. Please help.

If you are not able to deliver order for 3x time you mentioned at least give us option to cancel it. This is the second incident. I will not going to order from zomato ever. This is really frustrating.

@deepigoyal i was ordering something from @letsblinkit. The cart value was 70₹ less for free delivery. I tried searching things i need and which is under100₹, got fed up and did not order. Cant we have a filter like things under 99₹ or 89₹.? We find it and place order. Winwin

@Flipkart I ordered after flipkart after long years. I almost forgot about it. And i felt the service is completely old school. In the time of quick commerce they take more than a week to deliver and after they ask me on whatsapp for the delivery availability. Mediocre experience
