I feel like we’ve been saying - ‘it can’t get any worse’ at the end of every year for quite some time now.

Mushroom spotting be like: “The Inocuous Meadowgill, often found near Beech trees, delicious in Risotto. Almost identical in appearance to the Black Dome of Death, which can kill you from a foot away, and is mainly distinguishable by an occasional faint crab-like smell”
@Herring1967 And, for the record, I asked not because I think you haven’t done a good job with the interview, but because I trust your viewpoint (especially as a feminist ally)
@Herring1967@seannwalsh No of course not, and I don’t think anyone should be punished or forced into conversations they aren’t comfortable with, whatever the misdemeanour. I guess it’s more about my own stuff that the subject has stayed with me
@Herring1967 I want to support Seann wholeheartedly but I have an uneasiness in me that fears ignoring the subject is doing the thing itself. It’s such a big thing that damages many women long term. I think it needs addressing publically, particularly with some male voices
@Herring1967@seannwalsh Everything you said on the podcast I agree with.. no-one should be treated like Seann was, it was needlessly cruel. I am interested in why the gaslighting hasn’t been addressed, although I’m aware asking makes me a bit of dick
