I love this example.

Just shows why #Spurs can drop this sort of money when we finished B2B 17th.

While #AVFC & #NUFC are paying PSR fines. I don’t get why #Tottenham get so much hate from other clubs. They could learn from Tottenhams model.

#Villa should be up there with it but they spend too much on wages for what they actually bring in. & so should #Newcastle. Yeah I agree it’s not fair but those are the rules & you can’t just take shortcuts.

We built our revenue organically. The others were built by owners that invested HEAVILY & built up debt.

Other clubs couldn’t keep up.

But have you noticed since PSR came in that the league is hella competitive.

Villa & Newcastle have been In the champions league.

Bournemouth are playing European football next year.

@71dd0_ @pmal5098 That’s the point also, league position does come into as the higher you finish the more money you make. Ashley destroyed any profitability Newcastle could have had. Took pretty much any profit out the club & reinvested very little of it.

If you like the unpredictability, the sense of belonging, the sense of thinking what did I do to deserve to support this team? I hate you/ I love you, defend them till the end, shout how much you feel disconnected, can be absolutely terrible & then be absolutely brilliant, then Tottenham Hotspur is the team for you. Just caught upon the Portugal/Croatia game.

What I learned -

Portugal are actually so bad to watch. The players they have, they should be playing unreal football. But their actual problem is the person setting them up - Roberto Martinez. Absolutely awful coach, I have no idea how he gets all these jobs.

Croatia are always a good watch, This is the last time we will all see Modric & Perisic on the big stage.

Feel so lucky to have been able to watch Modric live at the lane for a couple years. Unreal player.
