@krinab123@nib95_ You won't see much mainstream content about this because Fire Emblem isn't much of a mainstream series. The outrage was everywhere when Mario Kart World was announced at $80.
@xrileyx6@TheKirb__@SmashUltimateB1@laketotori Are you referring to Mario Kart World? That's the only standalone game that costs $80 on Switch 2. Every other $80 game is the game plus DLC.
@ZikadaPrime I'm not a computer guy and I love my Steam Deck. I bounce between it, my Switch 1, and Series X depending on the game and my mood. Lately I've been playing Persona 4 Golden and some Skyrim on my Steam Deck.
@purexbox These are some I most want:
Madden 08
NFL 2K5
007 Nightfire
Project Gotham Racing
Peter Jackson's King Kong
Spider-Man 2
The Lord of the Rings: War in the North
@Kirby0Louise I'd rather the other way around. Pay for the few first party games I want to own and get a pass for hundreds of other smaller games I wouldn't otherwise have tried out.
@DanielOlimac While I agree, this is under different management. Old boss raised the price, new boss lowered it. Maybe she would never have raised it if she were in charge at that point. But yeah, if it were same management you'd have a solid point.
@Nick_Marseil I'd love it if they removed all first party games from day 1 and lower the price to $15 or less. Let me buy the few that I want and get more sales on exclusives (and actually have exclusives to get more people on Xbox). I see this as a complete win.
@JonnyDMusic@XboxGamePass If you agree to pay a company for their product that's on you. If you don't want to support the company don't give them your money. You can't have your cake and eat it too.
