किसान शिर्फ़ 2 राज्यो में ही नही है बल्कि पूरे भारतवर्ष में किसान है । लेकिन दिकत शिर्फ़ 2 राज्यो के ही किसानों को क्यों । असल मे दिकत शिर्फ़ उन दलालो को है जो किसान की उगाई फसल पे दलाली करके अपना जीवन यापन कर रहे है । गांव के आम किसान को तो यह भी नही पता कि ये अधिनियम क्या है।
