@ddiddilingorm Actually ook need a PA. I mean like carrying stuff etc. P Mam shld handle pr work, scheduling etc and not suppose to be burden of taking care of ook. We all can see she really treat ook the best. Make sure she eaten well, taking a good care of her but this is more PA job.

@winkiloka_lo Sofea just wan CH3 to cancel at their end. So they can push all the fault to CH3. Nw they openly said I nt the one cancelling. Its CH3. We did not knw how CH3 responded behind close door but CH3 is playing safe. When u publish everything, they can take it to against when in court

@winkiloka_lo Keep publishing the communication online is already so unethical. If I am the boss I wont wan to deal with this kind of com. They did nt respect ppl p&c. Even CH3 ignoring and went silence, u may just keep communicating wit them internally.

@winkiloka_lo She purposely went back to HK to renew or whatsoever and successfully get it. Its mean she is entitle for it. There shld not any doubt on it. At the end its how Sofea managing the whole situation.

@winkiloka_lo There always a grey area when u holding 2 nation passport. Totally agree on what u said. Holding another passport does not mean u will automatically revoke by one country, its how u used and manage. I believe a lot of Hongkies hav dual nationality especially frm Canada.

@hearta0_8pooh Did CH3 dare to send artist without permit to work? Think abt it. Altho i dun like CH3 due to their poor mgt on OOK & Orm, but I believe they wont make any decision without properly considering everything as in the end if this brought to court, they facing millions of sue risk

@hearta0_8pooh But Sofea did not apply for bigger crowd permit which trigger CH3. I think after Changsa case, CH3 hav been very concerned on this. Dont forget their r public listed com. If they do hanky panky stuff, they will be questioned. They r watchdogs for public listed company

@hearta0_8pooh Documents already provided but Sofea failed to provide CH3 the permit they want. Now seem like not related to did OOK providing sufficient documents or nt? Its Sofea did not apply permit sufficiently. Probably they did apply but just for OOK and Orm to appear

@hearta0_8pooh With Sofea so confidently nt applying more than 1k attendance, it is a very high risk for CH3. Did they wan to take the risk or just cancel the event? I believe they hav weight both option b4 opting to cancel.

@hearta0_8pooh Where did this event held? If its held in public area, then they shld be very cautious becoz China gov r very sensitive in gathering. Once big gathering in public area, police will definitely come and investigate. Tht time things blow up and will jeopardise future jobs.

@hearta0_8pooh There an argument China never have a law of against GL performing. Yes China do not hav tht law. But Other CP is performing in a hall sort of private event. The permit applied probably singing and fan meeting and not in public area which will attract thousand of ppl.

If she successfully renew (and indeed she gets it) her HK China permit meaning it’s legal and free to use.

@babyhippoLO Why CH3 did not respond online directly sometimes as this will be capture as evidence against u if things bring to court. Tht intermediary com just wan to gain sympathy and try to use public noise to throw all fault to CH3. We do know who fault. Let the court decide

@thefatkidins1de B4 issuing any statement everything must be reviewed as this mayb the crucial documents when they meet in court. But I do agree they r a bit slow. I believe the CH3 lawyers have go thru everything b4 issuing this statement. Any way hope nobody put faults at the artist.

@lingkornn Leaking conversation details are very unethical and unprofessional. Tht intermediary com actually is just telling CH3 bye bye, no more business in future. (If i’m CH3, i wont trust them anymore)

@lingkornn Y other brands never complain? If the passport is the problem, how other brands able to do it? All illegal? I dun think those brands will do some illegal events. Those are international brands.
