#day10 My boyfriend's contribution to my rewiring #challenge of #iamenough 😄 - yes, the new text below. Sweet of him, I know, but I had to tell him to use my not-favourite lipstick next… https://t.co/IVF3ZLu1zx

#day5 of #self-love, conscious #communication with myself and listening to the body. I've also started feeding my head a sentence: "I am strong and loving." Two slightly opposite aspirations which I believe would create beauty when finding the balance - #yinyang 🤸 🌸 #iamenough

#day1 Here it is, written on my bathroom mirror - visible even after a shower. I AM ENOUGH. 😇

Yup, it's over - the 30 days of Wim Hof Method! I'll try to find a good moment to reflect and share a comprehensive article with you soon, I promise 😊

#Day22 #wimhofmethod Update: a new #breathingtechnique helped me gain better results! Since the practice is about the level of #oxygen in your body, my guess is that we simply manage to store more of it when breathing through our mouth. The #tingling came definitely sooner 😄

[Happy Walnut @Happywalnutblog]

#day14 COLD: I feel a little pressure to comment on the #coldshower part of the #WimHof method. I've been slowly turning the temperature down and sure I've managed to take some #cold showers, but I have to admit I'm no near being comfortable ❄️ ☃️

[Happy Walnut @Happywalnutblog]

#Day6 Turn the #music on and start #dancing 💃 That's how I began my day this #morning 😁 I've found it challenging to #getup and start with the #wimhof breathing exercises without falling asleep again, so I figured I need to wake myself up first (not an easy task).

[Happy Walnut @Happywalnutblog]

Can you imagine: 2 min 36 sec ?? 😲 Well this is definitely something #new; even when I practiced diving in younger age, I could never achieve such numbers! But apparently this is part of the #wimhofmethod 👈 Not sure how it's helpful in #life, but clearly it does something.

[Happy Walnut @Happywalnutblog]

#Day1 it is - and #wimhofmethod 🏋️ Not a tough start; I did the #breathing and #stretching in the coziness of my #home this morning. No #magic happened, but it really is the first day. The #cold shower though... let's just say it's gonna have to wait 😅

There are two ways to find the #motivation to change your life; the first one (inspiration) being more pleasant, yet I find desperation definitely more effective 😅 #tonyrobbins #rewiringbrain #personaldevelopment #personalgrowth #happiness #motivational #changinglife

#Quoteoftheday 🌱 Daily doze of problems, please! I must say it's not easy to be grateful for challenges in life, but I suppose we should try? 😅 👍
