2 days ago i got green line on my 8T, so i visited service center they asked me to submit my phone and they'll give me voucher of 20k, coz they don't have replacement part. I paid 46k for this phone now you are asking back for only 20k, Phone was great before this line,

If you can't provide any replacement then you should give me a decent amount for submission of my phone so i can buy a good phone very easily, to buy new phone with that 20k i need to add double of that amount 40k to get my new phone. i didn't need new phone but thanks to you
