I find it kinda sad and kinda funny that I am referenced by and attacked by both sides of so many debates. My sexual identity now being added to the list. And only recently highlighted because a bunch of people started claiming I'm "anti-LGBTQ" despite that smear being totally at odds with reality.

I also get tangled up in attacks on China (add to that communism, socialism, etc) for the fact that I've lived in China for 20+ years. Gamergate, for the fact that my sister was threatened by an anti-GG person just prior to her disappearance. You can add NFTs, AI, ABA, and a long line of other misunderstandings to the list.

I suppose this is the way it goes for people who live outside of the box; for those who don't draw inside the lines?

Conformity, doing the expected thing, staying "in my lane" have never interested me much. I run toward adventures and seek out new things - my often resulting in my being too early to new waves.

I've led an incredibly interesting life full of unusual rewards. Especially when you take into account my origin story (read my Wikipedia article if you dare).

But I've also landed in a place where very few people actually know who or what I am. Actually, that's fine.
