ABU OBAIDA IS ALIVE!
A Source from inside Gaza has confirmed that Abu Obaida, the spokesperson for Al-Qassam Brigades, is alive. He was severely injured in his left arm and the left side of his body during an Israeli airstrike that specifically targeted him.
According to the source, the resistance orchestrated a calculated intelligence deception to make Israel believe the assassination was successful. Intentional “leaks” were reportedly shared through Saudi Arabia’s Al-Arabiya channel, confirming his death, a strategic move designed to protect Abu Ubaida’s evacuation and prevent another attempt on his life.
Despite his absence from the media since the attack, the same trusted source assured me that Abu Obaida continues to oversee both military and media operations from a secret location inside Gaza. Even in his condition, he refused to hand over his duties, insisting on remaining active in his role.
It’s worth recalling that Mohammed Deif, the Commander of Al-Qassam Brigades, was similarly targeted in July 2014 when Israel launched a precise airstrike on Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, killing his wife and two children and leaving him critically wounded. Yet he survived just as Abu Obaida has now.
Once again, Israel learns the same lesson: Assassinations don’t end the resistance — they strengthen its symbols and deepen their place in the Palestinian collective consciousness.

This lion of Islam and the voice of the oppressed people of Palestine will always remain alive, God willing. And if he has been martyred, there is no sorrow, for Paradise is his abode, and hundreds of other such lions will take his place.
