Hey @lufthansa @CEOLufthansa Just canceled a Lufthansa tix for a May 2025 flight. USDOT rule is I get all of my $$ back bc the flight was booked less than 24 hours ago yet @lufthansa wants to keep about $30 in fees. That’s not just nickel and diming, it’s illegal, right @USDOT ?
