@chainsawroll @mtoartnsfw May not work for you, but reducing choices (give yourself like, 3 choices to pick or something) might be helpful.
Tools for randomizing can work too. Like pick a (non essential for living) thing and flip a coin to determine if you’re going to do it or not. All sorts of tools.

@ThireaArt Just got back from a trip to Ireland and that was just really nice and met some very nice people. Since being back, I’ve had a bit of a relaxed and more appreciative look to the local landscape, as well. Feeling happy about that.

@zemotion If it’s an option, might be able to get a call/remote session (or maybe even in person) with a PA at your normal office? I know that isn’t always an option, but I’ve seen same day, or few day, appts come up when chatting with a PA instead of a PCP, or whoever, directly.
