ጥቅምት 04/2019 ዓ.ም (ኢሚ) የኢፌዴሪ ኢንዱስትሪ ሚኒስቴር ከፍተኛ የስራ ኃላፊዎች የአምራች ኢንዱስትሪ ልማት ኢንስቲትዩት ስር የሚገኙትን የኬሚካልና ኮንስትራክሽን ግብዓቶች ኢንዱስትሪ እና በማኑፋክቸሪንግ ቴክኖሎጂ ኢንጅነሪንግ ምርምርና ልማት ማዕከል ተገኝተው የስራ ጉብኝት አድርገዋል፡፡

የጉብኝቱ ዋና ዓላማም ማዕከላቱ ያሉበትን ነባራዊ ሁኔታ በመገንዘብ አስፈላጊውን ድጋፍ ማድረግ፣ ቅንጅታዊ አሰራርን በማጠናከር ለዘርፉ ዕድገት እያረከቱ ያለውን አስተዋጽኦ ማሳደግ ነው፡፡

በስራ ጉብኝቱ የማዕከላቱ ነባራዊ ሁኔታ፣ ያለፉት አመታት አፈጻጸሞች፣ የ2019 ዋና ዋና ግቦችና፣ የቀጣይ አቅጣጫዎች እንዲሁም ትኩረትና አስፈላጊ ድጋፍ በሚያስፈልጋቸው ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ ከማዕከላቱ የስራ ኃላፊዎች ጋር ውይይት ተካሂዷል ፡፡

ማዕከላቱ በማዕከልነት ተቋቋመው ወደ ስራ ከገቡበት የ2014 በጀት አመት ጀምሮ ከውጭ ወደ ሀገር ውስጥ የሚገቡ ምርቶችን በሀገር ውስጥ በመተካትና የውጪ ምንዛሬን በማዳን፣ በወጪ ምርቶች የውጭ ምንዛሬ ገቢ ግኝትን በማሳደግ፣ የማምረት አቅም አጠቃቃም በማሳደግ፣ ለዜጎች የስራ ዕድል በመፍጠር እና ለዘርፉ ጠቀሚ ችግር ፈቺ የሆኑ የጥናትና ምርምር ስራዎችን በመስራት ረገድ ውጤታማ እንደነበሩ ተገልጿል፡፡

ውይይቱን ተከትሎም ማዕከላቱን በአገልግሎት ክፍያ ተጠቃሚ እንዲሆኑ ለማድረግ የተጀመሩ ስራዎች ተጠናክረው እንደሚቀጥሉ የገለጹት የኢንዱስትሪ ሚኒስቴር ሚኒስትር ፍስሐ ይታገሱ (ዶ/ር) የዘርፉን የመረጃ አያያዝ በማጠናከር፣ አዳዲስ አምራች ኢንዱትሪዎችና ስራ ፈጣሪዎችን በጥናትና ምርምር ስራዎች በመደገፍ ወደ ዘርፉ እንዲገቡ በማድረግ፣ የገበያና የስራ ድል ፈጠራ በማሳደግ እንዲሁም የተጀመሩ ፕሮጀክቶች በተያዘላቸው የጊዜ ሰሌዳ መሰረት እንዲጠናቀቁ ትኩረት ሰጥቶ መሰራት እንደሚገባ ገልጸዋል፡፡

ከአምራች ኢንዱትሪዎች ጋር በቅንጅት ለመስራት ጊዜው በሚጠይቀው እውቀት፣ ክህሎት፣ቴክኖሎጂ እና ተያያዥ ጉዳይ ላይ አቅማቸውን ማሳደግ ወሳኝነት እንዳለው የገለጹት ሚኒስትሩ የማዕከላቱን ውጤታማነት ለማሳደግም ሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤቱ ትኩረት ሰጥቶ እንደሚሰራ እንዲሁም ትኩረት በሚሹ ጉዳች ላይ የስራ አቅጣጫና መመሪያ በመስጠት ጉብኝቱ ተጠናቋል፡፡
