@Debenhams warning to anyone thinking of ordering from Debenhams website. Don’t do it. My order arrived and completely the wrong item sent. Finally got them to send a replacement and they sent EXACTLY the same incorrect item. Worst delivery service ever!

@BandQ today in your Sheffield store my autistic child was threaten by another customer, as he was having a sensory overload. The customer threatened to run my child over with his trolly. No one in B&Q tried to help. No one checked he was okay. I’m pretty disappointed.

@ASOS_HeretoHelp can I ask why you’ve changed your returns system? Why is it no longer possible to fill in a returns slip? The new QR code requires you to visit a post office, which is really inconvenient. This is going to seriously put me off shopping with ASOS in the future.
