My 10x3 sets used to take me 9-10 minutes to finish.
Now that same 10x3 with the same weight (some sets more) takes me 6-8 minutes.
Cardio done correctly actually enhances your weight room experience.

I’m getting pissed @ S&C coaches for giving out info on nutrition to their athletes and messing the athlete up.

The amount of guys I’ve talked to recently who make good money playing a child’s sport cannot cook rice.
Let that sink in. A grown man. Making good money playing a child’s sport.
Can’t. Cook. Rice.
The industry is failing athletes.

It’s taken A LOT of work to get here. Blood pressure checks should be something you do consistently. I personally check mine daily. Too much data is never a bad thing.
