IMAGE 2 - HOW IT ACTUALLY PLAYS OUT (Judas Swing)*
This is why you get stopped out in London:

05:00 GMT - Asian Range
Market chops between Asian High and Low. Liquidity builds above and below.

08:00 GMT - London Open - Judas Swing
This is the fake move. If real direction is SELL, price will first spike UP, grab Buy-Side Liquidity above Asian High, trigger all breakout buys, trap them.

Then Real Move
After grabbing liquidity, no buyers left. Price creates a Liquidity Void (FVG) and crashes down to take Sell-Side Liquidity below Asian Low.

This is called:
Judas Swing* = fake move
Liquidity Grab / Sweep* = taking the stops
Liquidity Void* = imbalance left behind (your FVG entry later)

How you trade it as Prop Firm trader:

1. Mark Asian High/Low before London
2. Don't enter the first spike - that's Judas
3. Wait for sweep + CHoCH/MSS on 5m/15m
4. Target opposite side liquidity (SSL if BSL was swept)

This is why your checklist is important: Without CHoCH, it's still a Judas.

Most traders lose because they chase the liquidity grab. Smart money waits for the grab, then enters the real move.

LIQUIDITY - The Real Why Price Moves*

Forget indicators. Price has one job: seek liquidity to fill institutional orders.

Institutions can't just buy 100M at market - they need your stops.

IMAGE 1 - WHERE LIQUIDITY LIVES*
There are only 4 places liquidity hides:

1. Buy-Side Liquidity (BSL) - Above Highs
Your buy stop losses are sitting ABOVE the last high. Price will wick above, take you out, then drop. That wick is not random.

2. Sell-Side Liquidity (SSL) - Below Lows
Your sell stops are BELOW the last low. Price drops below, grabs you, then reverses up.

3. Internal Liquidity - Equal Highs / Equal Lows
Those double tops and double bottoms you see? That's a liquidity pool. Everyone puts stops at the same level = huge liquidity for banks. Price will sweep it before trending.

4. Trendline Liquidity
Everyone drawing the same trendline = stops on the trendline. Breakout traders get swept.

SMC Rule: Price seeks liquidity before moving opposite.
