@AmazonHelp They are repeating one and the same thing that there is technical error and asking to contact back after sometime. My question is how i can contact BACK? Since last few days all options to contact chat/call is removed!!! @amazon @AmazonHelp @amazonIN @jagograhakjago

Is it only me not able to contact Amazon Customer Care at all, with recent updates?
I am not able to contact the @amazon @amazonIN customer care at all! I am also facing major missing items/delay/false delivery issues last few months. Is quality getting down? @jagograhakjago

@AmazonHelp Update- tried contacting in person! Some person repeating same thing 😀
Anyway, discontinuing any further purchase from Amazon until i am sure i can contact Customer care in case of trouble(which is very normal since few months) @amazon @AmazonHelp @amazonIN @jagograhakjago

Ordered S25 on @samsungshop @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile -1day prioritydelivery. Little I knew third party was @XpressBees_IN before ordering. After not getting on time, learnt 3-7 days delay with Care-less response is quite common. They wont allow to cancel. Now stuck! Any help?

Went to CCD at Marine drive yesterday with family. Outer side of CCD towards road was full; people on every table were smoking without exception!! Is it allowed to smoke in public? It was too inconvenient because of the smell and smoke coming on face!! @mybmc @MumbaiPolice
