@IndiGo6E My father (senior citizen) was flying Surat–Delhi on 30/12 morning, but the flight was cancelled. He was travelling for a doctor’s visit. We had to reschedule, but later found the doctor isn’t available the next day.

Now IndiGo is refusing to reschedule the flight to 02/01. Our return flight on 31/12 evening (Delhi–Surat) and hotel stay got wasted due to this cancellation. Customer care unable to help. Please resolve this.

Very disappointed with @TataMotors @Tataev I've sent numerous emails, calls, and even visited, all to acknowledge the harassment I've faced due to technical fault in my 18 lakhs car. It's been a month, and my car has spent 25 days in the workshop. This is NOT the service I expect
