@British_Airways Daughter stranded in Heathrow . Travelled from Bahrain, had flg cancel from there too. U canceled Dublin flight yesterday & she was at airport today 3am to find that flight also canceled . No hotel, no help. £10 food voucher today . Missed wedding dress fitting

@HouseofHelpers Ordered 4 Champagne flutes, delivered 18/4. 2 were broken. Very poorly packaged- just in cardboard box. Have sent photos & contacted customer service by email. Only automated response & no replacements for smashed items. Very long delay Can you assist
