Hey guys, as many of you are already aware I have thrown my hat in the ring for the position of President of Triathlon Ireland. Our sport is at a crossroads now and I believe it needs a person of action, energy and passion with a can-do attitude to lead it forward.

@Emmaocon96 I live around the corner from that Central and drop in there every day. Just been down there and asked the manager about the paddy wagon, it was the first he had heard of it. He told me they have had it there previous but for local shoplifters. Never for the asylum seekers group

Can anyone explain to me why Maccabi Haifa and Maccabi Tel Aviv are competing weekly in @UEFA competitions, Israel still have a shot at qualifying for the European Championships, their team will fly their flag to cheers at the @Olympics, yet Russia remains banned from it all?

With the new guidelines coming into effect from July 5th we are able to open up some more spaces in our races. Entries are now available for the Waterville and Bantry halves and also the full distance in Killarney. First come first served so don't miss out!

Alan Ryan has been elected the Triathlon Ireland President following the 2021 AGM this afternoon (Saturday April 24th).

Two Ordinary Director positions were also up for election and were filled by Mark Farquhar and Maxine Strain.
