Dear Italian Trade Agency Team,
On behalf of Buzstopboys, we would like to sincerely thank you for giving us the opportunity to experience Italy in such a meaningful and eye-opening way.

Although our journey is still ongoing, the experiences we have had so far have already left a lasting impression on us. Being here has allowed us to see, first-hand, how deliberate actions, thoughtful planning, innovation, and a strong sense of responsibility can come together to respect and protect the environment.

What has stood out to us is that environmental sustainability is not simply something that is spoken about — we have seen examples of it being incorporated into everyday practices, communities, businesses, agriculture, industry, and the way people interact with their surroundings.

For Buzstopboys, this experience has been an important learning journey. It has challenged us to look at our own environment differently and to think more deeply about the practical steps we can take to contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable future back home.

We are grateful not only for the places we have visited, but for the conversations, knowledge, exposure, and new perspectives

At Ridge Royal Hotel, their organic waste doesn’t end its journey in a bin. They turn it into fertiliser and return it to the earth.

No big speeches. Just a deliberate choice to do better.

And here’s the challenge to hotel operators across Ghana:
How much of what you throw away could actually be put back to work?

This is a laudable take from her and I side with her 100%. In fact, that has always been my position.

Political party manifestos shouldn't be improvised every four years. They should be answers to one question: what is the Ghanaian dream, and what's the plan to get there over the next 50 years?

Every sector of our country needs a national roadmap with clear targets. Then each party's manifesto becomes our proposal for HOW we will deliver on that shared vision, with real KPIs we can be held to.

The NDPC is that one institution that needs to be empowered to deliver that. But that can only be achieved with buy-in from the major parties.

Hopefully we get to that point soon.
