Where There is Wind, There is Hareket 😎

The heavy lifting and installation operations for four wind turbines have been successfully completed. The turbines feature blades measuring 90 metres in length and weighing 35 tonnes each, while the heaviest component, the generator, weighed 100 tonnes.

The operation was carried out using a 650-tonne capacity TADANO CC 3800 crawler crane, a 200-tonne capacity LIEBHERR LTM 1200 mobile crane, a 250-tonne capacity SANY 250 mobile crane, a 160-tonne capacity ZOOMLION 160 mobile crane, along with supporting equipment.

As part of the project, HAREKET provided end-to-end engineering services, including lifting plans, crane configurations, engineering calculations, equipment selection, and installation methodologies.

We continue to safely manage challenging operations in energy projects.⚡

The 4,500 km heavy cargo transportation operation from Wuhan, China to Navoi, Uzbekistan was successfully completed.

The skidding and installation operations of the transformers, measuring 11 meters in length, 5 meters in width, 4 meters in height, and weighing 255 tons, were carried out using the ENERPAC SBL900 hydraulic gantry system, and the transformers were successfully positioned on their foundations.

HAREKET cranes carried out heavy lifting operations on the Dubai Metro Blue Line 🚊project, while His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai, conducted site inspections of the project.

In the Dubai Metro Blue Line project, which is shaping the future of mobility, our SANY Crane SCC22000A with a lifting capacity of 2,200 tons, the largest crane in the region, along with our SANY Crane SCE4000A 400-tons, are actively involved in the project’s critical lifting operations.

With our engineering strength and operational capabilities, we are pleased to contribute to the Dubai Metro Blue Line project, a strategic infrastructure project of Dubai, on behalf of our main client MLCC (Mapa Limak CRRC Consortium). We thank our valued client MLCC for their trust in us on this mega project.
